Scope of Service
- GESEME provides job discovery, matchmaking, and facilitation.
- GESEME does not employ or pay users; all arrangements are between employers and job
seekers.
- A facilitation fee applies for job posting services.
User Eligibility
- Users must be 18+ and legally employable in India.
- Job Providers register using 9×9×9 job categories.
- Job Seekers provide skills, experience, and location data for precise matching.
Fees & Payments
- Providers pay a subscription/facilitation fee to post jobs.
- Job Seekers can browse listings free; charges apply only when applying or contacting
providers.
- Fees and payments are dynamic and can change without notice.
Refunds & Cancellations
- No refunds, except for technical/system failures confirmed by GESEME.
User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate job details, salaries, and location info.
- Job Seekers must provide true credentials, experience, and skills.
- No misuse for spam, scams, or illegal activity.
Limitation of Liability
- GESEME does not guarantee job placement.
- Not liable for disputes between employers and seekers.
Governing Law
Indian law; disputes fall under courts in India.
